Explorations in Being

What is it we're really looking for? Who is the person we take ourselves to be? And is the freedom we're seeking something we need to attain, or could it be closer than we imagine?

These meetings are an invitation to explore the nature of who we are, drawing on the direct approach to self-enquiry and the understanding of non-duality.

Each gathering has a particular theme, with a talk, guided experiential explorations, periods of silence and an opportunity for questions and reflections.

Marcus and Lisa bring together self-enquiry and embodied exploration, allowing what we're discussing to be investigated directly rather than remaining an intellectual understanding.
