These Monday morning gatherings bring together gentle exploratory movement, contemplation, silence, stillness and deep relaxation.

We’ll begin with slow, unhurried movement, exploring the body from within and becoming more sensitive to sensation, effort, contraction and ease.

Marcus will then offer a short contemplation around the morning’s theme, before we sit quietly together for a while, allowing what’s been explored to settle without needing to do anything with it.
